Neelam Bhasma

Neelam Bhasma is a classical Ayurvedic mineral formulation prepared from Shuddha Neelam (Purified Blue Sapphire) using traditional Shodhana and Marana processes described in authentic Ayurvedic texts. The gemstone undergoes systematic purification and incineration to convert it into a fine, bioassimilable form suitable for therapeutic use in very small quantities.
